Relaxation after the workout
Relaxation after training is particularly important and is often underestimated by my colleagues. Muscles need time to regenerate, even with clients who are already very athletic. If this relaxation is not observed after training, performance stagnates. In the recovery phase, the body has time to regenerate. After that, the actual training effect begins: .by recovering beyond the initial level, an increased state of performance occurs. This effect is also called supercompensation.
